What changed between the last day that Ledger reports printed successfully? An upgrade install, server changes, anything else?
If the ChkSys.exe utility is run from that workstation, does it find anything?
Do other workstations have the same problem?
Is a Terminal Server in use?

Adagio Ledger uses the 8.5 version of the Crystal Reports print engine. A few other programs such as BankRec and JobCost also use the 8.5 version, but most others use the 7.0 version of the print engine. If your client uses the current version of BankRec, attempting to preview a report from there would be a good indicator of whether this Crystal Print Engine version is the issue.
The resolution may be to re-run the workstation setup.
