You haven't answered the following questions:

What changed between the last day that Ledger reports printed successfully? An upgrade install, server changes, anything else?

- For example, what version of GL were they running prior to the upgrade? GL9.0A, 9.0B, 9.0C, 9.0D? Any other changes?

Do other workstations have the same problem?

- You say you redid the workstation setup. Should we assume the problem occurs on a single w/s only or on all w/s's?

Is a Terminal Server (Remote Desktop) in use?

- Is it? Or, is this a standalone w/s? Or, is the workstation connected to the server via a LAN?
