I can't say if having the current table will solve this particular situation, but if the file in \softrak\system\qrasp\cr is dated 12/12/03, then this is what Adagio Receivables expects. I would say that copying over the file is a good idea.
- Search your network and local drives for an occurance of a QRASP folder on the root of the drives. What may have happened is that during installation of an upgrade, a different 'Report Tables drive' was selected instead of 'N', which would result in the newest table being installed to the wrong place.
- Run the CHKSYS utility that comes with any Adagio program. It can be found in the \softrak\system directory. It performs a number of system checks, including if all current tables have been installed to the correct location. Based on what you have written, it will probably report that the Receivables table is not up to date. This assumes that your Report Tables drive is correctly assigned in your Windows Registry.
