Hi smhoon,

We'll need a little more information to clarify what you were looking for with the Job number and where things have stopped working.

First of all, make sure that in the Company Profile, the Job Cost interface is still enabled. Depending on which version of Adagio Receivables is installed, you may have to select 'Accpac Job Cost' from a drop-down, as opposed to a simpler checkbox.

In the current release of Adagio Recievables, changes were made to the report tables, which would explain why you see a difference in the file date of QRTARW10.QRW.

What I am assuming is the problem is that you are creating a custom report using Crystal Reports for Adagio, based on a table such as ARW10 Current Transactions and cannot find the Job Number field. The scenario is that in some cases, fields are dynamically loaded based on settings in the Company Profile. One example is the phone and fax fields, which can be either formatted or not. Appropriate fields are displayed in the Crystal Reports field list and the other choices are hidden.

The same goes for the Job Number field. It is only displayed in the field list if you load a database that has the Job Cost interface enabled in the Receivables Company Profile. I have tested this with the 12/12/2003 table and it works as expected.

Therefore, make sure that the database you are attempting to report on has the Job Cost interface enabled.
