Just in case something is hung up in the workstations memory, try shutting down, wait 60 seconds, and then restarting the workstation.
Next go to the workstations temp folder and delete all of the non-active contents. Depending upon your set up this may not be c:\windows\temp, please check with your IT support to make sure you are cleaning up the correct location.
Failing that you will probably need to get your Adagio expert to take a look.
