Thanks for your response. I did the import but there were no signs that anything fishy happened when I did it. I imported the items and there were no errors or hangups during or after the process. When I completed the import I went to check a few items to verify it worked. I can open up IC, logon, and click Item Inquiry. That's where it stops working, if I try to open an Item it freezes. As far as I can tell it is isolated to my PC.

Does each user have a unique network login id and password?
Yes

Does each user have a unique Adagio login id and password?
Yes

For a computer that works, are us using the same Adagio login id that was used on the workstation that doesn't work?
I have used the same adagio login info and network logon info on 2 other machines and adagio works properly.
