We need some more information about your environment and what you have tried doing to troubleshoot this problem. Most likely the user doing the import had an ungraceful exit just as the import completed but not before all of the processes we complete. Have you checked the server to make sure that the user doing the import hasn't left some Adagio file(s) open? This task should be done by your IT Support professional.

Otherwise please let us know:

Version of IC?
Workstation operating system?

Does each user have a unique network login id and password?

Does each user have a unique Adagio login id and password?

For a computer that works, are us using the same Adagio login id that was used on the workstation that doesn't work?
