Andrew, you (and Bruce, Michael & the Tech Team) are all correct - the Find button does all this.
But we were initially using F5 and F6, not Find.

I have to get the users to use ALT-F as well as F5/F6. (I guess that we cannot get a one-button-does-all for searching. We have to alternate between one of three methods for finding records.)
