On the print physical inventory Worksheet page under the Print Options Select "All items" or "Active Items Only". How does the program define an active item ??? Can I deactivate an item rather that delete it?? In the past I have had many data integrety errors in Accpac Plus Inv
after deleting inventory items (We use Inventory
Receipts for POs and receiving). I've always wished for suppress zero or zero transaction items or simply deactivate an item if it is not used for several years. I am afraid to delete anything! I use the sales history report ith 12 month, YTD and LY options. It is a huge report because it prints every item in any category. It would be great to have the option of showing only items with sales.
