It was suggested that perhaps the Description field on your specfication (F03) is not wide enough to accomodate the full description you have entered when converted to the text/only format for the file.

Maybe if you adjusted this field to be wider, it would include all the description. I would suggest making a copy of the specification before modifying the original, if it prints ok to the printer, and use the modified specification only when printing to the Text Only printer driver.
