I copied that "customer sam" spec that was in the samdata directory into my billing directory and renamed it and then when I went to print the bill to the generic/text only printer, i selected that bill specification for my information.

The reason that I export it is in order to give myself complete flexibility in my billing. We have been using your billing program (DOS version)for over 10 years and the reason we loved it so much was the fact that we were able to export it to word processing and manipulate it any way we needed to and then just make any changes back in the billing program. I thought we were going to be able to do that in the windows version, which is why we decided to go with Adagio. But, unfortunately that is not the case, so my business partner set up this generic/text printer and it works great except for the fact that I don't get all of my description.
