What is the exact process you use to export your billings? For example, are you 'printing' the Bill to a file that is setup as a printer in the 'Print batch of Invoices' screen, or are you using the File|Export WIP transactions option?

Also, what 'Descriptions' are you talking about? The description field in the Client screen, the phrase text box or ?

When I previewed or printed a bill, all the description from my Phrase text box printed fine, but this print out is coming directly from the Designer specification that was created for use as the invoice, or bill.

If you try printing a bill that has a lengthy description in the Phrase text box, using the sample data specification 'TB$CUST.SAM' - is all ok? (You'd have to copy this file from the Softrak\TBWIN\Samdata folder into your data folder, and then rename the .sam extension to be the same as your data file extension first.)
