Hi,

The reason it was recommended that you remain with AR8.1A rather than upgrade to AR9.0A is that the 3rd party software you are using has not been upgraded to be compatible with AR9.0A.

Doug's advice is sound. As well, in our previous post we suggested:

"You may need to re-install the Addagio Receivables program from this workstation to your [F:] server, to ensure that all the correct report tables are in the right place. It's possible that the XP station is looking at a different place, and finding the complete set of the report tables, than where the Windows 7 workstation is."
