Hi Treasure:

Do use Import or Export templates? If you do, go into the Import and/or Export section, select your custom templates and click on the "Print" button to create a hard copy of each. Note there's a good chance that you won't be able to that since Integrity Check has found errors.

Next, do a Backup of the AR module.

Finally run Data Integrity and click on the "Rebuild" button. When it is complete, immediately run another Integrity Check.

You may have to recreate the custom templates.
