If there is a problem previewing any check specification in the Adagio Payables designer, including any of the sample specs or those created from File / Open Template, then there is a problem with your workstation or the Adagio installation. It may be a speed issue or perhaps a Windows display setting such as Large Fonts or DPI not 'normal', or your printer driver doesn't support the MICR font, or maybe there was an install problem and the wrong designer program exists on your network, etc.

If you are testing with sample specs, perhaps try deleting the MICR fields first and then try again.

If you have any other workstations that access Adagio Payables, could you try doing the same preview? That way it might help narrow down where the probem lies. You may end up requiring assistance from your Adagio consultant.

Can you print / preview 'live' checks with the same spec? Perhaps this is only an issue with the Designer?
