I have a small user who has been running GL/AR/AP on a 2008 Server for about 4 months and has not reported any problems. Just finished (about 2 hours ago) migrating a larger (but still not too large) user to 2008 Server SBS but too early to know the results - yo've got me worried now...

However, both of the above use 2008 Server completely as opposed to a 2008 Domain with a 2003 Server as a member server on that Domain which is what you're describing. OK, so I guess that did not help at all ...
