HI!
This seemed to work, as the default driver settings were recognized by Adagio. This will function in the short term for sure, but I definitely would like to be able to select different preferences "on the fly" as different reports will require different printer functionality.
Also, a new printer related problem. First the background... We have a peer-to-peer network in finance, with one central server/workstation and 3 satelite workstations. The workstation is running windows NT (4.0) and the 3 others with windows 98. We have two printers shared as Network printers, the Canon in question above, and a Samsung.
The problem is this, on the network computer (NT machine from which the printers are shared), when we try to print in Adagio to either computer, we get a "Critical Error Message" with a "OK" button to click on. This happens when we try to print or preview. If I shut the machine off and on, the print function will work one time, and then the error message will occur again. It is wierd, cause the only machine this happens on is the server, which is sharing both adagio and the printer drivers to the other workstations.
I had a tech in who could not figure it out either. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Ken
