March 1, 2006 is the correct date. Unless the file is corrupted, this portion of the install is OK. The purpose of doing the re-installation was to determine if any paths were broken, but if that didn't work then nothing changed.

Are there any other reports that you notice do not work? You indicated that the Physical Inventory worksheet report is OK, but are there any others?

Are there any other workstations that have access to Adagio Inventory and if so, does the same problem occur?

Are you able to rename the ICRECON.RPT file? If you get an error, there may be network security issues in 'seeing' this file.

Should the 'simpler' tests not reveal the basis of the problem and find a solution, you may need to get your Adagio consultant to help with the investigation.
