You are stretching GridView beyond it's comfort zone. You may be able to do what you want using various views linked together into a workspace, but you won't be able to print that onto paper, which is what you probably want. In any case, there is no table, not even a composite table, in GridView that will allow you to put everything you want onto one report.

On the other hand, this is the kind of report that Crystal Reports for Adagio is designed for. If you have that tool and know how to use it, I would recommend trying to create the report there. This is one of the more complicated reports to create though, so give yourself some time to get up the learning curve.
