miscommunication with the client - the actual problem is:
changing the customers tax group in A/R. then going back into QI to invoice only the "new" tax group is not being used to calculate the tax charges.
Is there a "procedure" that must be followed to have QI pick up the change in the tax group? ie. do all QI invoices have to be printed and posted?
Is there anything in QI that needs to be changed also?
