When printing invoices, is it that the default printer seems to be changing?

You will need to set up a printer driver with a non changing name. I think that the default printer is being changed and that is making the print jobs appear to be printing to random printers.

If it isn't Citrix, perhaps a similar requirement for printers is needed to setup.
