I have no idea what might be causing this so the standard things to try are on the workstation with the problem are (retesting the print function after each);

Using a different printer to eliminate the printer as the issue.

Locate c:\document & settings\use_login_name\local settings\temp and delete all files and folders.

Delete c:\windows\crystal and c:\windows\system32\crpe32.dll and then rerun the Adagio workstation install.

It might be helpful if you could let us know what version of Adagio you are running and what operating system is on this workstation.
