Another interesting development. My invoice listing is using a page break between invoices rather than at the end of a batch. This is only happening on one workstation and is happening on every printer available to that workstation. Any suggestions on troubleshooting this ?

The only option is to do a page break by batch. Are you sure it's putting each invoice on a separate page?

Print preview offers 128 pages with only one invoice showing on the first page. Actual print was as previewed. Printed 9 pages from a different PC. This is for one batch. The only option I could find was to page break on batch.

I have no idea what might be causing this so the standard things to try are on the workstation with the problem are (retesting the print function after each);

Using a different printer to eliminate the printer as the issue.

Locate c:\document & settings\use_login_name\local settings\temp and delete all files and folders.

Delete c:\windows\crystal and c:\windows\system32\crpe32.dll and then rerun the Adagio workstation install.

It might be helpful if you could let us know what version of Adagio you are running and what operating system is on this workstation.

Recently installed the SP, so version running is 8.1A 070919. Operating system is Windows 98 SE. We had already tried using 3 different printers - same nasty result. Will try the file cleanup and reinstall and let you know what happens.

I don't believe that the current versions of Adagio work on Windows 98 SE.

We have been running the current versions of Adagio on all of our Win98 SE workstations successfully since July. There was no complaint at Workstation Install when Adagio checks the systems configuration, so I had no concerns at that time. Seems the printing problem was limited to the one report - very bizarre. Next time we run the same report on the same workstation, we will have to see.

You might check the form length on that printer/workstation combination.

While we no longer support Windows 98, you may find that an application does indeed run in that configuration. We just have no facilities to re-create the environment here, and can only assist if the problem is re-creatable in a Windows XP or Windows Vista environment.
