Hello,

I'm having some trouble auto importing special pricing.
The template has both delete after and auto-import checked. As well the profile that is logging in has "process imports" ticked in the user preferences.

However when I log in there is no prompt to import special pricing.

After the fact I can easily manually import special pricing so the file is there and everything is working fine.

Any idea why this would be happening?

This sounds like a Technical support question.

What version of OrderEntry are you using?

And the date after that version number? There were 2 Service Packs after the initial release.

Sorry,

I believe the number you may be looking is "101105" which appears after the version number in the Help -> About menu.

The latest release for that version is 11-09-29, so you should install that Service Pack. However, I doubt that will solve your issue with the automatic importing of Special Prices.
