I'm having some trouble auto importing special pricing. The template has both delete after and auto-import checked. As well the profile that is logging in has "process imports" ticked in the user preferences.
However when I log in there is no prompt to import special pricing.
After the fact I can easily manually import special pricing so the file is there and everything is working fine.
The latest release for that version is 11-09-29, so you should install that Service Pack. However, I doubt that will solve your issue with the automatic importing of Special Prices.
