AP 9.3A (190513)
When sending EFT email notifications to the queue, it doesn't show that there is an attachment (EFT payment advice). It's showing a 0 instead of a 1.
If I edit the vendor email details and exit, it will change the attachment from a 0 to a 1.
If I just send the email, it remains as a 0. I can confirm the attachment is being sent.

Any thoughts on why this happens? If I recall this used to work.
