A client migrated to a new server and also upgraded their Adagio from 8.1/9.1 to 9.2A. I don't think these are important facts but I know someone is going to ask "what changed".
They used to be able to reprint a range of invoices to a single PDF file (something they do at the end of a month), but now when they try, their PDF writer prompts for a file name after every invoice. It doesn't matter whether it's AdagioPDF or another one.
They do not own ePrint.
I'm thinking there is a setting in the company profile that got changed or maybe added because when they launch sample data and try to print a range of invoices to a single PDF file, it succeeds! That's not the result I expected.
Anyone have any ideas?
