A client migrated to a new server and also upgraded their Adagio from 8.1/9.1 to 9.2A. I don't think these are important facts but I know someone is going to ask "what changed".

They used to be able to reprint a range of invoices to a single PDF file (something they do at the end of a month), but now when they try, their PDF writer prompts for a file name after every invoice. It doesn't matter whether it's AdagioPDF or another one.

They do not own ePrint.

I'm thinking there is a setting in the company profile that got changed or maybe added because when they launch sample data and try to print a range of invoices to a single PDF file, it succeeds! That's not the result I expected.

Anyone have any ideas?

Never mind. For anyone interested in the answer, it turned out that they had (accidentally) changed the Specification option to "use current customer specification". When they changed it back to "use selected specification", it worked like before.
