I was entering a number of orders in OE and then had to bring a quote over. I went into SalesCQ, updated the quote, and then hit Alt O-V-O, thinking I was still in order entry. I received a message asking if I wanted to create a new revision for this quote, realized what I had done, and clicked No. Now the strange part.

The details on the quote where gone. The tax was still showing, and the discount base shows the amount that was the subtotal amount. Closing and re-opening the quote has no effect. I've attached a screen shot. I edited it so the two tabs can be seen at the same time. This has happened before but I could never re-create it. One thing that did change was the quote went from showing printed to non-printed, but no change in revision level. I'm going to fix the quote and put it through.

Thanks

OK I was able to re-create it this time. If the quote is cancelled after the details disappear, choosing no to save changes will revert the quote back to normal. Saying yes to save changes will keep the quote as I've shown it. Not sure what would happen if the quote is then ordered (not going to try either).
