Printer is Xerox Work Center 7435 PLC6 on \\File Server (redirected)

That means that the printer is not directly connected to the t/s where Adagio resides. It is connected to a file server that is in a separate box.

I have major invoice spec printing problems. First of all, the print preview (not the designer preview) and the printed invoice are quite different. They appear to use different fonts. Secondly, any shape on the form that has been applied by the Adagio form design shape icon prints so feint that it is almost invisible. When I adjust the shape’s border to be larger, it becomes inconsistent with lines on the form that were created with either the horizontal or vertical line icon in the form designer.

Because of the differences between the print preview and the actual printed form adjusting and testing the spec has become very difficult.

Do you think that the problem is because the printer is redirected?
