We have a customer that we have deleted all the alerts for but the old alert still pops up 3 times (the same alert). The only way we can stop it is to uncheck enable alerts on that customer. We want to add a new alert on this customer but if we do it pops up 4 alerts, 3 the the old one and 1 the new one. How can we get rid of this problem?
