We did the upgrade last evening to Sales CQ 8.1B, and were disappointed to see the scan issue has not been dealt with. Our Operations Manager had this to say about the upgrade
"The Scan feature, which was the part we had issues with and wanted changed, has not changed at all."
What this is refering to is the fact that the scan feature does not use filtering as an AND, only an OR. In other words to do a scan which includes a particular salesperson AND their overdue contacts, we actually have to do a scan with the salesperson first (a new scan) and then a second scan "within" that data to find the overdue contacts. It would be great to be able to do both criteria in just one scan.
