We are adjusting our shipping weights to be more accurate on a daily basis, this is causing Datacare to register a phase 2 error on every changed weight. Our system blocks all network access on any error. Is there a way to have Datacare run it's DCFAIL batch file only if there is a phase 1 error?
Thanks
Scott

Dear Scott

Yes, there is a way to have DC run it's DCFAIL batch file only if there are Phase 1 errors.

1. You can go into 4. Housekeeping, 2. Configure DataCare and select "N" for the option "Perform phase 2 check" for each application that you want this for or,
2. You can keep the "Y" setting for "Perform phase 2 check", but enter a number for the "Number of allowable Phase 2 errors" that you think would be sufficient to prevent the errors.

There are also the default values in DC's Copmany Profile, however you may want to keep these, and just decide which applications you want to edit from the above suggestion.

Hope this helps.
