I just spoke with the client.
Two points:
1. The user thinks that the problems started a few months ago, after they installed a program called: JobBOSS, which they use interdependently of Adagio. (They only called and told me this today.)
Perhaps there is some conflict with the two software programs?
2. We are running PO9.3A (171211). If we were to upgrade to the most current version, would this be advisable?
