When printing a financial report through Reports-Print Financial reports I get an error on one workstation. It works on the other workstation.

I tried stopping and restarting the Nova services and that didn't resolve. If I hit OK it will let me print.

I uninstalled all the Nova PDF programs (there were 5) then I deleted the Softland folders from C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files (x86). I had to stop the Nova services before deleting those folders. I ran a workstation setup of AP then GL to get nova reinstalled. Now I get an error message when starting GL that common files need to be updated. If I do that it still doesn't work. I also see that I cant restart the Nova service as it says files are missing. How should I reinstall the Nova PDF files?

Got it fixed. Uninstalled and reinstalled AdagioPDF both the 2 and 3 exe files run as admin. Thanks to Leigh for walking me through and thanks Steve for the assistance.
