Dear Team,

I have made a special Invoice Format - "Pharmacy Dispensing Label for Medication" which prints on a "Custom" size as defined in the Invoice Designer, under Specification Options.

The following are my parameters :
Page Size = Custom
Left Margin = 0.00 inch
Length = 1.4300
Width = 4:000 inch

Orientation = Portrait

Of late this format print on some machines and not on others.

*** If I change the Page Size to Letter, Legal,A3,A4,A5**** it will print....

This is also happening in Bank Recon with my "Custom Size" Pre-Printed Receipt Forms...

These specification out put to an Epson Dot Matrix Printer on the network, but I can not even do a screen preview from within the designer ????...

How can I get Page Size = CUSTOM to work once again ?

Hello Edward,

"once again" implies that it was working previously. That would imply that there has been some change in the printer drivers that are being used.

Perhaps if you could investigate the differences between the workstations/printers where it is working correctly, and where it isn't we can provide some more guidance.

I'm pretty certain that each computer needs a matching "Custom" form created for that dot matrix printer in the Windows Control Panel (Devices & Printers). Check the computers that work and look at the Forms defined for the printer.
