Unfortunately "Access violation at address..." is not a very useful error message. At the best of times this is a difficult error to troubleshoot in a forum.
Some information on the environment you are running Adagio in, the versions of Adagio you are using, and where the error occurs (on launch, or opening a batch, or ...).
Does this impact all users or one user?
One very simple think you could try;
Shut off all workstations
Reboot the server
Turn the workstations back on.
