I'm trying to install the latest G/L service pack 9.3A 20190720, but when it looks for an install location it can not find my server drive letter

Hi, Luc,

Do you usually do your site's installations? I'm not familiar with your environment at all; however, if you can't see a drive letter it's possible that you'll need to drill down on the Network for the UNC instead. There could be other contributing factors causing this that your Adagio consultant is probably best equipped to investigate with you.

Hi Luc,

That's often related to permissions as sometimes the drives are mapped for the user, but not with elevated administrative rights which are usually triggered during install. If you're not seeing the mapped drive there I would suggest launching an elevated command prompt and remapping the drive. If that's the problem, that will resolve it and you should then see the drive during installation.

with the help of my IT support, we were able to find the network drive and install the update
