We need to upgrade a few of our computers and need to know if Adagio is compatible with Windows 10.
If so, is anyone having issues we would want to know about first?

Windows 10 has been released since 2015. I guess you haven't bought any computers in the last four years!

That doesn't change the fact that Windows 10 has been shipping for 4 years. One would hope we would have addressed any issues that have come up in that time!

Yes, you would be correct

The issues for Adagio tend to be with Windows Defender (part of Windows 10) and networking Group Policies, not the OS itself. But Windows 7 had similar issues and Defender is a big improvement over Security Essentials.
Carol should be able to resolve these if they arise since they are documented in the forum and a lot of us have dealt with them and can help.
