Hello,
We recently upgraded to IC 9.2A (170608). It appears the search feature is not working in Alternate Price Lists in IC or OE.

Any search criteria we try comes up blank. There's a quick 'flick' of the screen as if it's trying to find something but as if it's searching something that's empty. It's obviously not as our Alternate Price Lists still exist and seem to be working on orders.

I've included a screenshot.

Hi Cam, I find that when I'm using smart finder (f6) with the curser in the "Alternate item number" field the search always comes back blank. Try putting the curser in the "Price list code" field.

If you are not using the smart finder then there needs to be a price list entered first before you can search by Alternate item number

We're using smart finder and using 'F6' in the price list code field. We're doing the same way we were in previous versions of Adagio and it did work. It's good to hear it works for someone - database problem maybe?

Any other suggestions on this? We've tried F6 from all fields, and even typed in an existing price list code before pressing F6, and the search just keeps coming up blank.

In an older Adagio version, we were able to search a part number using smartfinder, and it would pull up that part number with all the different price lists that included it.

You're using Multicurrency. The first field on the Find Alternate Item window is the Currency field, selecting F6 in that field or using the Finder button allows you to first select your currency.

After you've done that and then positioned your cursor in the Price List Code field, I find the SmartFinder populates results all of the time.
