A user of Invoices has described their issue as follows:

Adding customers, the system will lock up and then give them a message "Memory Index out of range".

This same user, logged into a different PC, performing the same function, ..can proceed without any problem.

What could be the issue with this particular PC, to cause this error?

Hi, ITSS,

If the issue is not following the user (and I have to assume that when you say 'logged into a different PC' you mean logged into Windows and then Adagio on a different PC), then it seems to reside with the PC itself. Possibly a memory issue? Are the 2 PCs the same OS and have the same RAM available to them, etc? Same drivers?

You didn't say what the user is doing when the error occurs so more difficult to have other suggestions.
