I seem to have lost the background colour on my cheque stubs since the AP upgrade

Could you describe what you mean by "lost the background coloour"? The behaviour has not changed between this and the previous release of Adagio Payables as far as we can determine.

"ungrade" - Freudian typo? wink

Hi Janet,

Is it printing checks to a printer that shows the problem, or a different area? What section(s) in the check spec have a background colour that is not printing for you?

I tried as a simple test to set a background colour on the check section, and advice header, details and footer, and could not replicate a problem in any section when printing or previewing a check. The colour does not appear in the designer canvas, but it didn't in previous versions either, nor in other Adagio programs.

it's the background colour on the two stubs. It shows the colour on the preview but doesn't actually print in colour but all my reports are printing with colour as usual so I'm a bit baffled.

The colour shows in the title portions of the stubs.

Andrew

"coloour" - can't decide whether you are American or Canadian?

Hi Janet,

You don't need to click "Submit" after each line. Just after you have finished typing all the lines you need.

While the replies can be quick, it's not actually a "chat" Forum.

(PS - I kinda liked "ungrade".)
