Client printing reports from Payable 9.2B (161107) and getting an error:
COM:InitializePrinter - Error reading license information: 4380.
Click OK and printing completes successfully.
What is the cause of this error and how to resolve?

Lars,
I had the same error using Windows 10 and tracked it down to NovaPDF server not automatically starting in windows local services. If you manually start the service the error disappears. 9.2b installs an updated version of the PDF. The error reappears on restarting. I haven't had a chance to uninstall and reinstall AdagioV2PDF yet but expect that might take of it.
Note:
Just ran softrak\system\adagiopdf\adagiov2pdf.exe and it solved my 4380 problem.

Thanks Don. I'll get on the server and run the adaiov2pdf.exe. On one workstation giving the same error the AdagioPDF was active. I changed it to the installed Adagiov2pdf and the error was resolved on that workstation.
