We are trying to update the AP for the first time after a fresh reinstall of Adagio modules, (GL, AP, AR, EFT). The error message appears: " Cannot currently install Adagio Payables in the following folder: \APPS\Adagio2016\Softrak\Payables". The following File In-Use problem exists: -An Adagio program is using a needed file (ADS32.DLL)(**) - An Adagio program is using a needed file (SSIADG32.DLL).
We confirmed all users were logged out.
Any suggestions ?

These are system files, accessible by all Adagio programs and users. If indeed all users have logged out of Adagio, and this error occurs, then the files on the server have not been released. A reboot will be necessary, perhaps just for the workstation that last used Adagio but more likely the server.
