This might be hard to explain but whenever I'm in the GL and view account transactions in gridview, when I close that account my whole GL will automatically minimize. It happens on two different computers at two different physical locations so I know it's the program and not the computer setting. It's very frustrating and I'm not sure if it's some weird setting that I have.

Can anyone help??

Thanks,
Jean

Hi Jean,

This was a common error with the first release of GL9.1A. Softrak has since released a Service Pack that address that issue and a few other small bugs. See the release notes below:

http://www.softrak.com/products/reference/releasenotes/current/AL20130726.pdf

You will want to contact your Adagio Consultant to have them install the upgrade for you.

Cheers,
Lauren

Thanks Lauren, although I'm not sure why neither of my places of employment received the email with that service pack upgrade. I will look into it - good to know that that problem has been resolved.

Jean:

The developer of Adagio sends out Service Pack notices in their newsletter, which is sent to the person who is the registered contact for your organization. We will follow up with you to make sure that the service pack gets installed and that the right person is the registered contact.

I've noticed this same issue in my A/R module too...if I'm in an invoice batch creating a new invoice and I click on "Customer" to look at past transactions, if I click "Applied" or just double-click on the transaction when I close the details and then close the customer details the whole module minimizes. If I close the customer details without viewing the applied details then nothing happens. Has this issue been addressed in a service pack yet?

Thanks,
Jean

Jean:

If it is a software issue the developer can only fix it if the problem can be replicated on another system. As no one else is complaining about this issue it is most likely a problem that is unique to your environment.

As you work at two different sites running Adagio, does this problem occur at both sites?

For the multi-user site, does this occur for other users?

At the site with this problem, which versions of Adagio do you have installed?
Workstations Operating System?
Server Operating System?
Are you using the recommended screen resolution?
Do you have large fonts turned on?

Hello Jean,

We were able to duplicate this and it has been addressed in Receivables 92A.
