Hi we recently updated our Payables to 9.2A and I am getting 2 issues
1 Program can't start
2 Print Error

Server - Windows server 2008
Workstations with issues- Windows 8.1

1.When I try to start the application I get the following:

The Program can't start because TraceLog-4-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem.

I have reinstalled various times and still met with the same error prompt.

2. When printing <Invoice Batch Listing> I get the below error

ERROR

Logon failed
Details: [Database Vendor Code: 160]
Error in File Apibtch {B2775207-3CFA-4CBD-9595-49B3C2D70EB6}.rpt:
Unable to connect: incorrect log parameters.
Details: [Database Vendor Code: 160]

Hi, Dwaine,

The TraceLog-4-0.dll missing message by itself shouldn't prevent the program from starting or printing from occurring. However, the 'Logon failed .... Vendor code: 160] ...' error will prevent printing. It means that the Crystal program used for printing reports is unable to connect to Adagio ODBC. This could be due to a rights issue or perhaps your workstation is missing a required file(s).

Does the error occur for a single workstation only or for all workstations when they try to print using AP9.2A?

Are you able to print a File | User Preferences, Listing button report? If so, then Crystal is installed properly.

Can you drill down to your c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and post a screenshot of all msvcr*.dll files that show in your Windows Explorer window?

If you are uncomfortable doing this, please contact your Adagio consultant for assistance.

I am successful in printing the Listing from User Prefs.

Here, unzip the attached file to that folder. Then, reopen Payables and try to print an invoice batch listing again.

That missing file did it thank you. The windows 8.1 workstation is now working.

Issue resolved.
