The TraceLog-4-0.dll missing message by itself shouldn't prevent the program from starting or printing from occurring. However, the 'Logon failed .... Vendor code: 160] ...' error will prevent printing. It means that the Crystal program used for printing reports is unable to connect to Adagio ODBC. This could be due to a rights issue or perhaps your workstation is missing a required file(s).
Does the error occur for a single workstation only or for all workstations when they try to print using AP9.2A?
Are you able to print a File | User Preferences, Listing button report? If so, then Crystal is installed properly.
Can you drill down to your c:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder and post a screenshot of all msvcr*.dll files that show in your Windows Explorer window?
