Question 1 - how do I change my password? I've look all around and can't find anything.

My real question ... how do I print the aged trial balance in A/R to an excel file. I've tried and it goes to a Word File.

You need access to user setup under File. If you don't have that then you need someone with that access to change your password with you.

You can change the type of file that you print to in User Preferences -. Report Options also under file.

I meant my Softtrak password. I'm a luddite!
