We need to know the version of OE that is being used. Also, when did this site started to experience these problems?
Was it after a certain update/upgrade was installed ?
Please give us the exact error message(s) that you're getting for Inventory. More information will be helpful in troubleshooting.
It appears that the data dictionaries may not be matching with the installed programs.
