Let me start by saying that I normally print quotes to a pdf and then email to the customer along with other documents.

But today I had about twenty quotes I had to resend to a customer and since I didn't need the other documents I decided to make use of the range send under Print Quotes in maintenance. Unfortunately I kept getting a nothing in range to print message. I tried a number of different combinations but nothing worked (all options got selected at least once). I'm wondering if there is some switch that I forgot to turn on.

I then emailed them individually using the Print button in Edit Quotes. Is it possible to have the default 'Send to:' be customer when in quotes, not billing?

Hi, Mike,

There must have been something not quite right in the selection criteria. For example, if you want everything to print you can accept the defaults and enable the options; however, you still need to select an Ending Date.

I didn't realize that every ending field had to have a value. My goof.
