We have a situation where some of our customers have multiple ship to addresses.
The email address used in the customer master is the one we use for accounting and other misc items.
We would like to have a spot to save a ship to email address outside of the ship to option. The customer has a purchaser who sends orders for alternate locations and doesn't want the confirmation to go to the alternate location email adddresses. They want it to come to them not the accounting department either.
We want to save it somewhere so it will default when to OC is sent.
Is this possible?

To summarize: You want the Order Confirmation to go to the buyer, not accounting or the receiver (ship to). I'll assume there are multiple buyers for a single customer.

I can't think of any way to go this within the existing structure of Adagio, while still maintinaing the other email address fields as you have indicated. We have done a lot of things with PrintBoss, including conditional emailing. If you would like to contact us offline we could discuss your requirements further and see what kind of solution is possible.

Thanks Doug, I didn't think we could and really tried to hard to come up with something. Our salesguys will just have to track this alternate email address using a note attached to the ar customer for now.
