A not-for-profit client who manages lots of grants which are set up as departments regularly has a need to change where the department closes to at year-end. The account and department fields are grayed out.
Is there a reason why they can't be changed? Is there a way to allow them to change?
You have "Next Year" open. You cannot change the "close to" account while two years are active (since posting to your Current Year must close to the New Year).
